　　轴振：每个滑动支持轴承上配置一对X/Y方向（互为垂直安装）的轴振测点，采用本特利3300XL系列电涡流传感器进行测量。
 
　　轴位移：压缩机组的每个推力轴承处配置双冗余的轴向位移测点；采用本特利3300XL系列电涡流传感器进行测量。
 
　　瓦振：每个滚动支持轴承上配置两个瓦振测点（水平和垂直方向安装），采用本特利330500系列Velomitor压电式振动速度传感器进行测量。
 
　　轴承温度（如适用）：每个滑动支持轴承及推力轴承均配置轴瓦温度测点；推力轴承的工作面和非工作面应同时配置温度测点。

On the road of developing digital business, we have increased the research and development of digital products, released a number of digital products, including cloud connection assistant disk, transmission online, etc., and put forward the concept of cloud transmission. This year, we also introduced a high-quality customized industrial inverter cabinet for OEM customers in various industries - ACS880-07C. It combines rich cabinet design experience and strict safety standards, and is designed according to the application characteristics of various industries. It can not only better meet the customized needs of customers, but also achieve faster delivery. In addition, ACS880-07C is also equipped with ABB Cloud Connection Assistant control panel as standard to help customers achieve digital transformation and upgrading.



As a key work during the "Fourteenth Five Year Plan" period in China, how will ABB use its innovation capability and digital technology to promote the realization of the "dual carbon" goal?



Driving the world and promoting energy conservation is the mission of ABB Motion Control Division.




We continue to innovate, expand our technological boundaries through digital enabled frequency converters, efficient motors and services, help customers improve energy efficiency and digital transformation and upgrading, and contribute to the industry and society to achieve a low-carbon future. ABB's energy conservation and emission reduction technologies are widely used in power, public utilities, industry and other fields. We use advanced technology to reduce energy consumption in industry, buildings and transportation.



In terms of our own operations, as part of ABB's sustainable development strategy, we are committed to complying with the Paris Agreement and building a low-carbon society. We hope to achieve carbon neutrality in our own business and all operational activities by 2030 and play a leading role. At the same time, we started the factory automation and digitization project from May 2018. At present, seven projects have been successfully implemented, realizing the leap from single station automatic assembly to automatic production of the whole module production line, and many advanced technologies, including digital twin technology, visual identification and RFID technology, have been adopted, greatly improving the stability of processing quality and production efficiency.



According to the market conditions you have contacted, which customer enterprises will pay more attention to topics related to carbon reduction, zero carbon and sustainability? Will they be willing to invest in it? How do you view the relationship between carbon reduction and digital upgrading of industrial enterprises?



Customers and enterprises from all walks of life are paying more and more attention to energy-saving and low-carbon topics, so they are willing to invest in them. In the current trend of "carbon neutral" and "carbon peak", customers and enterprises from all walks of life are increasingly concerned about energy conservation and low-carbon topics, so they are willing to invest in them. Enterprises with high energy consumption and carbon emissions will have a stronger sense of urgency for carbon reduction. With the continuous improvement of human cost, all enterprises will be more and more interested in automation, intelligence and digitalization.



For users, the cost and benefit of upgrading should also be considered when replacing efficient motors. How do you view this problem? For the business you are responsible for, how will you help users achieve the goal of energy conservation and efficiency increase in many ways?



We believe that more and more customers are willing to invest in efficient motors.




It is estimated that about 70% of industrial electricity is used to power motors, and 45% of the world's electricity is used to drive motors in building and industrial applications. It is also estimated that if about 300 million industrial motors in operation are replaced with energy efficient equipment, the global power consumption will be reduced by up to 10%.



China's overall development has changed from pursuing development speed and volume to pursuing development quality and efficiency. In this trend, we believe that more and more customers will be willing to invest in efficient motors. We advocate the use of frequency converter and motor together, because when frequency converter and motor are used together, the energy consumption of fan and pump can be reduced by at least 25%. With the progress of digital technology, we can optimize the energy efficiency of the whole drive chain from the inverter to the load side through big data analysis.

In China, by the end of 2020, we have delivered more than 10 million frequency converters and efficient motors to customers, saving more than 475 billion kilowatt hours of electricity accumulatively, which is equivalent to reducing about 470 million tons of CO2 emissions. The electricity saved is equivalent to the power consumption of Beijing in 4 years.
