系统原理

◆ 交流电经交流配电分路进入整流部分;各整流模块整流得到的+24V直流电通过汇接进入直流配电，分多路提供给通信设备使用。

◆ 正常情况下，系统运行在并联浮充状态，即整流模块、负载、蓄电池并联工作，整流模块除了给通信设备供电外，还为蓄电池提供浮充电流。

◆ 当市电断电时， 整流模块停止工作，由蓄电池给设备供电维持设备的正常工作。

◆ 市电恢复后，整流模块重新给设备供电，并对蓄电池进行充电，补充消耗的电量。

◆ 监控模块采用集中监控的方式对交流配电、直流配电进行管理，同时通过RS485接口接收整流模块的运行信息并进行相应的控制。

◆ 监控模块还可通过RS485、RS232 方式连接本地计算机，并可通过Modem或其它传输资源(如公务信道等)联结监控中心，实现电源系统的集中监控组网。

冗余系统配置
（1）：安装软件

◆ 安装RSLogix5000/Studio5000软件，注意版本，RSLinx Classic软件会自动安装。

◆ 如果采用ControlNet架构，安装RSNetWorx for ControlNet软件。

◆ 安装冗余固件包，ControlFlash V14以上或者ControlFlash Plus工具

◆ 安装冗余配置工具RMCT

（2）：安装硬件

◆ 将电源模块、处理器、通讯模块和冗余模块安装到机架中。

◆ 两个机架中，相同模块的槽位要一致，建议冗余模块靠近处理器放置。

◆ ControlNet通讯模块节点通过拨码设置。

◆ 冗余模块光纤连接，光口没有顺序要求。

◆ 为电源模块连接电源。

（3）：与电脑建立连接

◆ 分别为2个机架上电。

◆ 使用USB电缆将处理器和电脑连接，在RSLinx Classic中可以看到机架和机架上的所有模块。

◆ 在RSLinx Classic中为以太网模块设置IP地址，改为静态。

◆ 也可以使用BootP-DHCP工具直接为以太网模块设置IP地址。

◆ 对应的以太网模块的IP地址、子网掩码、网关要一致。

◆ 在RSLinx Classic中建立Ethernet/IP驱动，可以通过以太网看到机架和机架上的所有模块。

（4）：固件刷新

◆ 使用ControlFlash或ControlFlash Plus工具分别刷新机架中的模块。

◆ 需要刷新的版本依据固件包的Release notes。

◆ 2个机架分别上电刷。

◆ 处理器钥匙开关位于REM档。

（5）：网络配置以太网Ethernet/IP

◆ 星型拓扑，以太网模块要连接到交换机。

◆ 环型拓扑，设置环网管理者，连接所有DLR环网节点，在RSLinx Classic中查看环网状态。

（6）：冗余模块配置

◆ 基本使用不需要配置冗余模块。

◆ 建议使用RMCT设置冗余模块时间。
