1号罐，2号罐为备用；原水直接进入3号罐。
单套系统再生流程：
A、关闭进水阀门1和出水阀门4，启动反冲洗泵,反冲洗进水阀门7和反冲洗排水阀门10反冲15-30Min(可调)。
B、关反冲洗进水阀门7，启动酸洗进水阀16、反冲洗排放阀10，启动酸再生泵m，再生时间为60-80min(可调)。
C、关闭酸洗进水阀16、反冲洗排放阀10，开启置换水洗电动阀19，正排水阀22，开启反冲洗泵m，清洗30-60分钟。
D、关闭其他阀门，开启碱洗进水阀13、反冲洗排放阀10，启动碱再生泵m，再生时间为60-80min(可调)。
E、关闭碱洗进水阀13、反冲洗排放阀10，开启置换进水泵m、置换进水阀19、正排水阀22，清洗30-60分钟。

Regeneration process of single system:
A. Close inlet valve 1 and outlet valve 4, start the backwash pump, backwash inlet valve 7 and backwash drain valve 10 for 15-30min (adjustable).
B. Close backwash water inlet valve 7, start acid pickling water inlet valve 16, backwash discharge valve 10, start acid regeneration pump m, and the regeneration time is 60-80min (adjustable).
C. Close pickling water inlet valve 16, backwashing discharge valve 10, open displacement water washing electric valve 19, positive drain valve 22, start backwashing pump m, and clean for 30-60 minutes.
D. Close other valves, open the alkali washing inlet valve 13 and the backwashing discharge valve 10, and start the alkali regeneration pump M. the regeneration time is 60-80min (adjustable).
E. Close the alkali washing water inlet valve 13 and the backwashing discharge valve 10, open the replacement water inlet pump m, the replacement water inlet valve 19 and the positive drainage valve 22, and clean for 30-60 minutes.
