2 等离子点火系统介绍及控制任务

2 introduction and control task of plasma ignition system
The plasma generator is the core part of the plasma ignition system and is used to generate high-temperature plasma arc. Its basic principle is that under a certain magnetic field strength, by adding a specific DC power supply to the electrode with a specific structure, the compressed air between the electrodes is ionized under the action of high current and strong magnetic field through the back and forth movement of the electrode to form a high-temperature plasma arc, and the cooling water is used to cool the electrode. When the high-temperature plasma arc is placed in the pulverized coal pipeline and the pulverized coal passes through the arc with a certain wind speed and a certain concentration, the pulverized coal particles are rapidly broken by the high temperature, the volatile is separated out and the volatile is regenerated, so as to make the pulverized coal burn rapidly. The supply of specific DC power supply and automatic regulation control, and the close cooperation between DC power supply and electrode action can make the automatic ignition of the generator successful, which is the key of automatic control.
