一、行业与设备简介

全自动双头插壳端子机相对传统手工压接端子插壳给工厂工人以及公司老板带来了很大的方便,节约了人工,降低了成本,同时减少了报废率。线材从裁断、剥皮、压接端子、线材端子检测,双头插壳一次完成。

根据对双头插壳端子机控制需求的了解与分析,合信技术推出全套基于自主产品的双头插壳端子机控制和驱动系统,这个系统由CTH300 系列EtherCAT总线主站PLC和具备EtherCAT通信功能的A4N伺服驱动器组成。

◆ 快准稳

采用高精度的17位A4N伺服系统,每圈高达131072个脉冲,定位精度高达0.01mm;使用高速EtherCAT总线,更短的通讯周期使得控制更加得心应手;生产效率高,裁断、剥皮、两端压接端子、两端插壳一次完成,较人工操作而言极大提高了生产速度,可达1800PIN / 小时 (50mm长);

◆ 功能多

功能包含:线长定位剪切、前后端剥皮、前后端打端子、端子压力检测、扭线机构转线、端子线材视觉检测、前端插壳、后端插壳、可选双层插壳、插壳拉拔力检测、成品区分;

◆ 易操作

布线简易,控制器与驱动器之间可通过网线连接,不再需要繁琐的接线;参数设置简单,点动功能方便客户调试机器,自动停机功能清除机器线材;

错误报警细致:送线有无检测、气压低下、端子有无、打端压力、气缸卡住、马达异常、剥皮不良、冲模不良、胶壳有无、插壳拉力等,异常时能自动停机并将检出状况显示于控制面板上,方便迅速排除状况以减短停机时间。调整技术性少,废品少,调适时间短,操作简单又方便。

 

二、控制系统

在打端插壳机控制系统中,核心控制部分主要分为五部分:选线工位、前端工位、后端工位、移线工位和插壳工位。

1、选线工位

选线工位主要是对用户胶壳不同PIN位置的线材进行选择,通过编号对应的不同的线材,一共可以放置七种线材。

选线功能配合定长伺服和拉线伺服,制作出用户设定的线材长度,七种线材可根据选择循序,交互使用,适用性强,并拥有送线缺线报警装置,缺线时,会报警提示停止机器,换好线材,会记忆重新拉当前PIN线材。

2、前端工位

前端工位主要是对线材前端进行加工,包括剥皮、打端和换向等;

剥皮有收集胶皮装置,保证剥皮处不会有胶皮堆积;

打端设有压力检测装置,实时检测打端压力,打端压力不正常后系统将会自动弃线;同时打端设有视觉装置,打端完成后可选择进行拍照检测,检查端子是否压紧,端子是否与线芯接触压紧等等,

可根据上下层,选择是否需要换向,换向使用伺服完成,定位快速准确;

High precision 17 bit a4n servo system is adopted, with 131072 pulses per circle and positioning accuracy of 0.01mm; Using high-speed EtherCAT bus, shorter communication cycle makes the control more convenient; High production efficiency, cutting, peeling, crimping terminals at both ends and shell insertion at both ends are completed at one time, which greatly improves the production speed compared with manual operation, up to 1800pin / hour (50mm long);

The wiring is simple, and the controller and driver can be connected through network cable, which eliminates the need for cumbersome wiring; The parameter setting is simple, the inching function is convenient for customers to debug the machine, and the automatic shutdown function clears the machine wire;
Detailed error alarm: whether there is detection of wire feeding, low air pressure, terminals, terminal pressure, cylinder jamming, abnormal motor, poor peeling, poor die, rubber shell, shell pulling force, etc. in case of abnormality, it can automatically stop the machine and display the detected condition on the control panel, so as to eliminate the condition quickly and reduce the shutdown time. Less technical adjustment, less waste products, short adjustment time, simple and convenient operation.
2、 Control system
In the control system of the end beating and shell inserting machine, the core control part is mainly divided into five parts: line selection station, front-end station, back-end station, line moving station and shell inserting station.
1. Line selection station
The line selection station mainly selects the wires at different pin positions of the user's rubber shell. A total of seven kinds of wires can be placed through different wires corresponding to the number.
The wire selection function cooperates with the fixed length servo and pull wire servo to produce the wire length set by the user. Seven kinds of wires can be used interactively according to the selection, with strong applicability. It also has a wire feeding missing alarm device. When there is a wire missing, it will give an alarm to stop the machine, replace the wire, and remember to pull the current pin wire again.
2. Front end station
The front-end station mainly processes the front-end of the wire rod, including peeling, end beating and reversing;
There is a rubber collecting device for peeling to ensure that there will be no rubber accumulation at the peeling place;
A pressure detection device is set at the end to detect the end pressure in real time. After the end pressure is abnormal, the system will automatically abandon the line; At the same time, the terminal is equipped with a visual device. After the terminal is completed, you can choose to take photos to check whether the terminal is pressed, whether the terminal is in contact with the wire core, etc,
It can choose whether to change direction according to the upper and lower layers. The change direction is completed by servo, and the positioning is fast and accurate;
