Key Words: Static Weighing, SIWAREX MS Module, Programming Technology, Anti-jamming, High function-price ratio 一、 项目背景 　　中石化上海石油化工股份有限公司腈纶事业部，是目前国内规模1大的腈纶专业生产企业，占地面积25.45公顷。事业部现有三大腈纶纤维生产装置：南腈纶装置、北腈纶装置和金阳腈纶装置。主要产品有腈纶纤维和腈纶毛条两大类。 此项目测量物料性质以及工艺要求如下： 　　1） 输送物料为聚丙烯晴，实物如图1。 　　2） 颗粒直径在20-30um。 　　3） 含水率在45%-55%。 　　4） 计量设备的前一道是离心机设备，离心机的出料过程是16分钟/次，每次出料为54kg，投入下方计量罐中，共向计量罐内投5次物料约有270kg。 　　5） 秤重罐在向下方的反应釜内加物料，等添加物料达到250公斤时，秤重罐关闭停止加料，进入下一循环。 　　6） 250kg物料要求在30分钟内匀速下料，计量精度在�1%.

The Division has three major acrylic fiber production units: South acrylic fiber unit, North acrylic fiber unit and Jinyang acrylic fiber unit. The main products are acrylic fiber and acrylic top. The measured material properties and process requirements of this project are as follows: 1) the transported material is polypropylene, and the physical object is shown in Figure 1. 2) The particle diameter is 20-30um. 3) The moisture content is 45% - 55%. 4) The first step of the metering equipment is the centrifuge equipment. The discharging process of the centrifuge is 16 minutes / time, and each discharging is 54kg. Put it into the lower metering tank, and put it into the metering tank for 5 times, with about 270Kg of material. 5) The weighing tank will add materials to the reactor below. When the added materials reach 250kg, the weighing tank will close, stop feeding and enter the next cycle. 6) 250kg material shall be unloaded at a uniform speed within 30 minutes, and the measurement accuracy shall be within ± 1%
