Today, let's briefly talk about the operation method of DCS system.
systems software
The operations involved in this procedure are realized on the operation station, and the system software is composed of advantrolpro 2.50 and configuration file.Note: it indicates that the things or operations involved may cause unpredictable dangerous consequences.
 Warning: indicates that the things or operations involved can cause foreseeable system operation failure. Danger: it means that the things or operations involved will cause system shutdown, even equipment damage and personal injury.
Operator operation responsibilities Monitor the operation of DCS system to prevent possible hazards.
 Intervene the system operation at any time to ensure safe and normal production.
 The system authorizes the change of operating parameters.System exception handling
 If the data of DCS operation interface is not refreshed (normally, the data is refreshed once per second), manual and automatic switching cannot be operated, contact DCS maintenance personnel for maintenance and immediately go to the site for operation.
In case of transmitter failure, the automatic control process shall be switched back to manual immediately. In case of failure of valve actuator and circuit output card, it shall be changed to on-site operation.
 In case of DCS system loop input card failure, the corresponding control loop shall be switched back to manual, and the failed card shall be replaced. After checking and confirming that the failure is eliminated, it can be put into automatic again.
In case of abnormal power failure of DCS system, it shall be changed to on-site operation. After re energizing, the engineer is required to check the system condition, check whether the loop parameters and other system data are normal, and confirm the opening of each regulating valve. In case of any abnormality, the configuration shall be transmitted down again, and the automatic can be put into operation again after everything is normal.
